Existing clients
Please identify your name, organization, project, location, invoice or engagement reference when applicable, and the issue requiring attention. Time-sensitive matters should be clearly labeled, but response times and availability remain subject to the terms of your engagement.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Payment questions and requests are reviewed against the applicable proposal, engagement agreement, invoice, checkout description, and our Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Contacting us does not itself stop scheduled work, cancel an engagement, reverse a charge, or guarantee a refund.
New inquiries
Substantive evaluation, strategy, project review, and specialist coordination are paid professional engagements. An initial email helps us determine fit; it does not create an engagement or a duty to act.
Documents
Do not send confidential documents by email or upload them through this website. After qualification, Hawaii Stream may provide a secure third-party document-submission link for the applicable inquiry or engagement.
