Hawaii Stream Consulting is an advisory practice of Hawaii Stream LLC. This policy describes how Hawaii Stream LLC handles information for this consulting practice and website.
Information we collect
When you email a private inquiry, we receive the contact, organization, project, location, budget, timing, specialist, and narrative information you choose to provide. We also receive ordinary security and request information needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to assess fit, respond, prepare a proposed scope, support an engagement, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and documents
If payment is requested, Stripe may process payment and related identity or transaction data under its own privacy practices. Hawaii Stream LLC may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing contact details, and limited payment metadata, but not complete card numbers. This website does not accept direct document uploads. Do not send confidential documents by ordinary email. After qualification, we may provide a Dropbox File Request or another secure handoff method; that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process essential technical information to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers supporting our operations, with specialists when authorized or reasonably needed for an agreed engagement, or when legally required. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, security, accounting, or legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing consult@hawaiistream.com or calling 1 (808) 229-1437. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required.
